Still no sign of any flowers. I think its safe to say that there won't be many/any of us that will ever use this company again.

The flowers arrived a day later but were only 12 and not 24 as promised. Two promises broken *sigh*

I will now be warning anyone I know to avoid this Company.

Yes and they are not even sticking to the 100% refund as per the article, they are saying 50%, see their facebook page and give them your opinion, they are responding so give it a go.

The article has no evidence to back it up and should not be taken as gospel truth. Your contract is with Arena, not MSE.

This is where MSE have acted irresponsibly by reporting that the flowers would be sent in any case in the event of cancellation; there is nothing from Arena that confirms they would do it. Arena have said they will discount non cancelled orders. So I can't see them fully refunding cancellations sent 'in the next week or so'.

Maybe, but with MSE talking about rights and so on, they are taking the p out of people now, and won't listen, wouldn't you be upset? Because I am.
