Car Park Solutions Ltd admits to taking 'No one' to court!

How long were you parked there ? how long were you parked before they issued the ticket?
Email the cctv operator to obtain evidence of when you parked and left as they have to give a grace period as a BPA approved operator(see below from BPA code of practice)
13.2 You should allow the driver a reasonable ‘grace period’
in which to decide if they are going to stay or go. If the
driver is on your land without permission you should still
allow them a grace period to read your signs and leave
before you take enforcement action.
Hope this helps0 -
Has anyone got any updates on this matter. Do I pay fine or contest it?
I was passing through Dereham and only stopped on a car park forecourt to take call as my grandson had been taken ill. I wasn't even aware of any signs outside the One Stop until the fine dropped through letterbox. Despite appealing it and explaning why I had stopped. I don't live in the area and was unaware of being caught up in this battle. Feels like entrapment to me0 -
apologies for post above, just realised my original post is on here - new to this kind of thing. So will read advice.
As law abiding citizen am nervous about not paying it due to threat of higher fine and/or debt recovery.
This is exactly what they want you to think which is so annoying0 -
Ignore it if you are past the 'appeals period'.
If you require further help or want to check about appealing, please create your own thread below, use the blue 'new thread' button at the top:

You are right with your description of them and yes, they want you to worry when in fact you should not even THINK about paying this scam.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I finally got one, although the time is about an hour out. I thought about sending a letter to the lying, cheating, parasitic leeches, but frankly I cannot be bothered. They don't deserve me buying a stamp anyway.
On holiday I used to 'play' with the time-share touts by getting 'excited' when we won something big on a scratchcard. My wife eventually banned me from that 'sport'.0 -
