This Andre specifically cited PoFA, the Protection of Freedom Act to indicate to the Radio Norfolk listeners their tickets are now very much enforceable than they were before this Act came into force on October 1st 2012. This Andre then was NOT being honest with this programmes listeners as he know it matters not a jot as to enforceability. They were not enforceable before, thats why when he was asked how many times have they taken a non payer to court in the last 24 months he answered "None." And since.....he answered "None."
Thanks Andre. You have helped us very much. It proves the advice given here is right, it works. It does doesent it Andre?

And by 'mate' I mean mortal foe.

You know what a split personality is?

I often wonder how the generel public can be so stupid to think a private firm could "fine" them.
Were you aware of that before becoming wise to the PPC scam? I wasn't, and had never really given it a second thought. I think it's unfair to call the general public "stupid" over this. Uneducated (which is not the same thing), maybe, which is why we're here.

What the public really ought to be is more questioning when presented with something that looks official. Who was it who said, "trust, but verify"? (Reagan?)
  • Hello Everyone, My husband was one of the guys on the radio speaking to Andre today, we actually have one of these so called fines, we are not going to pay it, I have started the appeal process today arghhhh

Did you get this fake ticket at the place under discussion in Dereham?
I wish I could have rang in as I would have tied him in knots easily and I'm no expert either! Just know the facts.

    Hello Andre. :)

Best to ignore completely from now on. Your appeal will be rejected. If you know how to use POPLA thats an option. Either way....keep to your word....do not pay Andre....I mean Car Park Solutions Ltd any thing.

    Stop the appeal process now,

you are wasting your time, the is nothing to be gained by what you are going

From now on you need to ignore all letters, only come back should you get the magical court papers (any seen any hens teeth lately?)

Why have you bothered with the fake appeal process?

Well, would be interesting if 500 people went down the POPLA route. That's £15K for Andre to lay out for a start.

Then there's asking for sight of this wonderful contract that is different from all the others where he hasn't got authority to go the court route.

And, of course, one can always ignore POPLA verdict.

In fact, with £15K to go down POPLA route, why not get Emma who lives locally to write in local paper plus put a few notices at the shop advising the 500 NOT TO PAY but to go down the appeal route through POPLA.

Maybe even back on the local radio saying what the campaign is. People power!!!
