Car Park Solutions Ltd admits to taking 'No one' to court!

Listen to this from an 'Andre', seemingly an employee of Car Park Solutions Ltd(re some land in Dereham/businesses there and 500 "fines," his actual word once, but listen further). Listen from about 85 mins into programme(Radio Norfolk).
Anyway, spot the lies and specious arguments and quoting the POFA act from the above named person and at the end what he admitted how many they had taken to court. He was asked how many in last 24 months. He answered "None." Then he cited PoFA as if this made their tickets enforceable. He was then asked how many they had taken to court since Oct 1st 2012. His answer was "None." Then he claimed that 500 people will be summoned in the next 6 months!

How does he know that 500 people will summoned ? Has he got crystal ball in his possession ? I mean nobody in the next 6 months may even park in the areas they infest

Ooh, I hope they do. Considering that most, if not all, would never reach court once a good defence has been submitted, then it has Vexatious Litigant written all over it.

Its to do with a particular place/car park in the town of Dereham, Norfolk. They, Car Park Solutions Ltd, MAY own the land, not too sure. Not too sure of the background in this case of parking. Any way, someone came onto the programme, a caller from the general public and cited this very forum. This Andre claimed that a person on here(a regular?) or a person who has been to this site for advice they took to court and won. However, this figure of 500 are those who this PPC has ticketed in this place and not paid as yet. So they claim. He claims all will be summoned to court. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Ps. But since writing the above: As this PPC has never done court this Andre must have cited a case that went to court that did NOT involve them!!!!!

Near the end, he admitted that many of his company's contracts don't have the authority to take motorists to court but that somehow this particular car parking area was subject to different contract terms. That's one to remember!

Also "Andre" seemed to vary between being an employee and somewhat more in his interview.

Chris, last member of the public to speak put it simply, bluntly with no reference to morals or "times is hard". Don't Pay, he kept advising.

Interesting to see how this one develops.

Thanks for listening to it carefully. I hadn't as I was in the middle of a farm field at the time I tried to listen to it.

Yes, be interesting. Personally, because this Andre cited the PoFA to mean their tickets are enforceable either means he is ignorant or they have little chance in court and they, Car Park Solutions Ltd, know they don't!
Hopefully, most of those 500 will know this or come to know this.

I guessed that. Some of what he said may have been bull, but at least it was reasonably well-spoken bull.
