Thanks for that HBS
I think it's fairly safe to go by the feel of the material/stretchiness before even trying them on. My other option is to try TK Maxx. Although I think it's hard to find my size...
EDIT:
Ooooooh got a Shock Absorber in TK Maxx at lunch time for £7.99Not exactly the right size but think it'll do perfect
Bargain!!

just popping in....
haven't done any exercise yet, but I am currently trying to get off the sofa. So far I have one foot on the floor and my hand on the remote to turn the tv off.... is that enough for today???"I am not a vegetarian because I love animals; I am a vegetarian because I hate plants." A. Whitney Brown0 -
Both feet on the floor first, then you can take the rest of the day off...
Day 5 of 30ds for me today. Rushed around today, rushed home, put dvd on as soon as I got in. DS1 due home so shut the lounge door and sent him a text asking him not to enter the lounge, would put him off females for life:eek:
Didn't do so well today. Knackered after the warm ups. Have noticed that I am a little 'looser' in the muscles, a little more flexible. I bend better:DPlease do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

.... I did a Mr Motivator vid in the end since I ate too much at lunch and promised myself I would. (pats self on back and collapses back on the sofa).
I need to find another exercise dvd to do - any ideas? It needs to be quite basic since I am pretty unfit."I am not a vegetarian because I love animals; I am a vegetarian because I hate plants." A. Whitney Brown0 -
This is one I have http://www.amazon.co.uk/10-Minute-Solution-Knockout-Workout/dp/B002SZQC52/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1360792227&sr=8-1 there are also lots of other 10 minute ones for different areas. They're good as you can just do one workout or as many as you want. Will be interested to hear what dvds others recommend. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

It was a weights night again last night. Added 5kg to deadlift, 5kg to squat and 2kg to dumbbell press. I felt MIGHTY...and then mighty SORE later hahaha!!
Really enjoying this, and it's great checking in here and getting some motivation!

30ds back down to £5 on amazon at the moment. Just about to have a go at day 6.
Edit: It's not working for me today, think I should have excercised before eating! Will have another try in half hour or so before I have to pick up DD from school. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

Hello everyone, lovely to see you are all popping in and enjoying the thread so far
I have b.een visiting my mum since Monday so haven't been online much. I haven't managed to do any structured exercise however i have been packing boxes, carrying them downstairs, lifting them into the car, general pushing and shoving of them around, taking them out of the car, filling the caravan with them, pushing and hauling the caravan around, jacking it up on the legs, changing the tyres etc etc etc - its probably the most exercise i have done in years LOL!
I have now got the car and the caravan full of stuff to empty tomorrow so another busy day ahead
I am rubbish at the whole eating properly thing - i have just eaten a whole box of hobnob medleys..........hmmmmmm not sure thats the way they are supposed to be eaten!!
Re the exercise bra thing - good tip is to wear two if you are well endowed

Aaaaah it's about time it was Friday again!
Zumba last night was great fun again. New bra passed the test too (although rubbing ever so slightly under the arms)Even though I'm still dosed with a head cold, I felt better after doing it. Had to walk home after too
We're dog sitting this weekend so figure I'll get out for a few extra walks: rain, hail or shine!
Oh! And reading through the posts it's funny how the slightest bit of movement is now classed as 'exercise' for us? eg. drinking tea is arm weights etc etc :rotfl::rotfl:Wealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0
