  • I have secretly started C25K :D I want to go running with OH - we don't belong to the same gym and he has hinted he'd like us to run together :)

End of week 1 today. It's been OK so far :)

I was just getting back into the routine of Aqua Zumba and I'm now temporarily out of action. I had every intention this weekend of going for a run or bike ride since the weather forecast was reasonable but it doesn't seem like a good idea at the moment. Have pulled something in my neck/back so taking it easy for a few days and hoping it goes away or I'll have to make a visit to the dreaded dr :-(. It does mean I've had time to sit for 5mins and catch up on the world of MSE though as I've not really had a spare minute when I haven't been working or sleeping recently!

Well I competed my C25K :D and have done several 30 min jogs as well. Have also finished the first part of the Wii Active so will start the second part this week as well.

Hope everyone else is managing to keep going!

Wow you're all doing so well. Can't believe how cheap some of you are getting classes for. My zumba costs £6.30 for an hour class with membership well out of my reach. This isn't a posh gym either!

Missing last week and this week of zumba coz instructor away off getting married!

Weighed myself yesterday morning and I've put on almost 2 kgs in a month
