Run last night :j 2.5 miles. Seriously outta practise thoughZumba later! Hopefully I'll get stuck into it properly this time seeing as my legs are my own again!! :rotfl:
Happy Thursday!
(PS. I see you've started a target with First Direct too!)
Thanks - I have looked and it does sound likely, I just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced it. My mum had early onset menopause (aged 37) and I'm 36 now so just getting a bit worried. Will get to docs if it goes on much longer....
Yes to FD although there's no way I'll do as well as you did! xMy debt free diary | Post Office loan: £2131 1429.38 | Barclaycard: £4429 1988.12 | Paypal Credit £322.71 574.91 | Monzo Flex £169.03 |

I didn't, but probably because I switched from depo to implant last year and I've been all over the place! Only now getting regular
And why not?! If you don't try....I never thought I'd be able to do it coz I've always struggled to even keep £50 to the side every month, but if I can do it, anyone can! You just gotta put your mind to it and focus!

Zumba was brilliant last night! Had an absolute blast!!!
I'm usually jiggling about a bit when the music is on waiting for the class to start. Me and one of the other girls were bopping away, and then I had to stop coz I'd got a stitch!! And the class hadn't even started!!! :rotfl::rotfl:
Bit over-keen there maybe....!!:D

Wish I could go to Zumba but it's not on at a good time for me at my gym. Can't afford to pay more for a class elsewhere.
Good news (TMI again!) - aunt flo has arrived....no early menopause for me!My debt free diary | Post Office loan: £2131 1429.38 | Barclaycard: £4429 1988.12 | Paypal Credit £322.71 574.91 | Monzo Flex £169.03 |

:rotfl::rotfl: Glad all is well
Our council leisure centre is actually dropping prices from 1st September!
Classes are usually £4.20 or you can buy a concession card (10x classes) for £32, so saving £1 per class. They're changing it down to £4.00 and £30)
Plus they're also offering membership for £20 a month which is fab! But I would need to be doing heaps of classes to benefit from that - which I don't really have the time for. Will stick to my £3/£3.20 for the time being.Wealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0 -
I have a membership to my local gym near work, £29 a month with no contract and that includes all the classes, so I can swim on a Monday morning (only time I can leave the house early as DH doesn't work Mondays so can look after DS) and go to Pure Stretch, do weights and C25K on a Tuesday lunchtime and Pilates on a Thursday lunchtime. I do my other C25K on a Thursday night and Sunday morning from home. Works out pretty cheap all in.My debt free diary | Post Office loan: £2131 1429.38 | Barclaycard: £4429 1988.12 | Paypal Credit £322.71 574.91 | Monzo Flex £169.03 |

That's very good deal
Works out only a couple ££ per session/class!

I'm back from my holiday where we did a lot of walking (but also a lot of eating!!) and with a wedding to get ready for my SIL-to-be and I are going to go back to Aqua Zumba and the gym regularly when we're both settled back into the term. Also planning to eat more reasonably and hide the wine gums I bought before holiday!! Unfortunately 2 days of planning and sitting at my desk are to come before the start of term though, apart from a quick trip to the shops this afternoon!!*2014 £365/365days - £52/£365* *20p Savers club #17 £12.00/£50*

Hello lovelies I'm back!
Sadly after my colposcopy and LLETZ I'm not allowed to exercise for a month, so am going slowly mad and it's only been 5 days
Gonna speak to the doc about maybe yoga or pilates.
Hope everyone's doing well!
