  • Well I was a little naughty and did some yoga last night. Maybe Jillian Michaels' "Yoga Meltdown" wasn't the best idea for relaxation though ;)

Ploughed through it as much as possible - couldn't do some of the twisting movement as it hurt stomach - and did a Tara Stiles 5min relaxing one after it.

Then OH asked if I wanted to take the dog for a walk so got quite a lot done really :)

No! Would guess Jillian should be the last person follow!! :p

I'm sure it felt good to get something done though :)

Hopefully going for a nice LONG cycle tonight - 10 miles as opposed to my usual 3! And Zumba tomorrow! :D

Well after a week and a half of not doing Slimming World and only doing one C25K run (had a bad cold), I am pleased with a 0.5kg loss!

  • :T Very well done!!! :T Keep up the good work!

I got out for a 10 mile cycle yesterday. Thankfully at a slightly easier pace for a change, but only coz OH hadn't been out for a few weeks so was going easier for himself! :p

  • Easy does it HBS, hope you're feeling ok. Goodness, you're all sounding very energetic!

Exercise sort of died a death a bit over the summer hols and I only managed zumba once or twice.

Kids back at school/college now so hoping I can make progress. Way I see it, I have 3 months until end of November to lose a significant amount of weight. Want to do some creative cooking in December so want a little weight loss to counterbalance.

Zumba last week. Tried to go today but fully booked - bah! Went home and got Gillians 30DS back out. Level 1 completed and I feel like a beginner. All hot, achy and wobbly. Hope my knees hold out this time around :rotfl::rotfl:

I need to lose the weight, my larger than life boobs are starting to annoy me, I want my little ones back :D

  • I'm still doing my Wii active and C25K, I've even done another 20 min jog - just for fun! And to prove to myself that Wednesday wasn't a fluke I really can jog for 20 mins :o :rotfl:
