    Zumba last night - brilliant! Lots of walking recently - brilliant! Cycled to work today - brilliant! (prob get stuck in a thunder storm on my way home though :o)

    Room is clear. I had to go shopping for batteries so wii is waiting until after cubs so I can get some school work done while the birds play out (we're pet sitting my brother's budgies)
    I probably will go swimming, I just don't enjoy it so much on my own

    Kettlebell class tonight...much as I love the lady instructor, I'm not sure I can cope with "bootcamp" tonight so hoping it's the chap instructor!

    One week until the holiday. This week shall mainly be packing and lugging my case around...does that count as exercise?
    Hopefully the 'getting a wiggle on' will become a communal effort in our house. My mum has been saying for ages she wants to lose some weight and get in better shape. Now we have a wedding to prepare for next Summer-ish she's determined so we're going to exercise together. Just have to convince her that dieting isn't all about salad and she'll be in great shape for my brother's wedding!

  • You're carrying heavy things, that's exercise in my book ;)

    Sadly due to having a colposcopy and, shortly, LLETZ treatment, I won't be able to do heavy exercise for a while and have had to drop out of the Spartan Race :( Will keep trying to go walking and things though.

    LARPing this week...leaving Wednesday...very excited!

    Tenth Anniversary Combo Breaker
    Hi all :hello: thought I'd join in here as well, the more motivation the better! I have started C25K and walk on the other days. I exercise 6 days a week and have Sunday as a rest day. I need to add something to it though, am on second week of C25K and have been walking for about 4 months (on treadmill). I can't afford to join a gym so was hoping for some new ideas to keep me going. I have wii fit does anyone use that?
  • Add some plyometrics to that - push ups, pull ups, and squats :)
