Been away for the weekend but checking back in with a report!!
Walked home on Friday
Walked round town on Saturday and carried a few bags of shopping:D
Did part 1 of Jillian Michaels Extreme Shed and Shred on Saturday night(and put the DVD on ebay last night - don't like her!!!!
)
Lazy day yesterday, but can I count hoovering and cleaning the fridge?!
Walked to work today. Plus over to my sisters at lunch time. And will be walking home too. Will try to get in an exercise DVD of some description later on :eek:Wealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0 -
Awww what don't you like about Jillian? I think she's awesome
If you like dancing I can recommend Strictly Fit and Latinasize

I'm not sure exactly. Maybe I just wish she'd stop talking and get on with exercising. Yes I know she's 'teaching' so pointing stuff out etc and making sure methods are the best, but be better if she was getting stuck into the stuff too.
Remember getting a Geri Halliwell one cheap (obviously!!), and turned it off after a few mins. Couldn't listen to her. Same with the Zumba actually (thankfully had only borrowed the DVDs to try them out!). That guy was waaaaay too self obsessed!! :rotfl:
Have a few of Davina's and enjoy them. Cheesy probably but sure! Works for me!
Oh. Have Pump It Up by Ministry of Sound too - it's a good one!Wealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0 -
Argh I don't think I could even stand looking at Geri Haliwell lol!
Shaun T on Insanity is amazing, he'll do some then say "right we're gonna go look at my guys, cause Shaun T is tired right here!". I love it!

It's amazing, but it's also the hardest thing I've ever done.

Count me in please!
I'm already healthy eating and have lost some weight (about 3 stones) but I lose better when exercising. I also have depression so I know I should exercise for that too, I just hate it. I'm soooo lazy!
Anyway, yesterday I did a 40 min walk and today I've just done a fitness dvd.
I need help with keeping motivated though."I am not a vegetarian because I love animals; I am a vegetarian because I hate plants." A. Whitney Brown0 -

I'm right down in the south east. Kind of you to think of me but recko 1.5kg dumbbells would be wayyyyyy too heavy for me. Struggled with day 3 today and nearly caused an injury to my calf. Mind you, this was during the stretching when winding down not when excercising.
Another dvd I like is 10 minute solution, knockout body workout which has lots of combat style moves. Oh and anyone looking to buy 30ds would do well to watch the Amazon price. It's £8 at the mo but I bought at £5 mid january. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

More walking done today. I got annoyed wandering around town trying to find something my mum wanted earlier but probably walked about 2miles while I was at it. Then walked about another mile tonight when I got fed up of doing work so went out for some fresh air.*2014 £365/365days - £52/£365* *20p Savers club #17 £12.00/£50*
