    Whoop Whoop welcome everyone to the thread :D so good to have you all join me this morning :D

    You have all been busy already and i haven't moved yet - planning on doing 30mins on the wii shortly :) I will i promise :D

    I have heard of burpees (been on the radio this week lol) but what on earth is a 30 day shred??? :rotfl:

    Have done my walk between the bus and school again today. I walked the long way round coming back home so it's probably been about a mile and a half rather than a mile back today. Another walk to come later. Probably about another mile each way. I'd much rather be doing swimming than watching a gala at the pool tonight though!

    Whew! I really had to drag myself onto the wii today :o in fact if i hadn't started this challenge i am pretty sure i wouldn't have bothered! I did though and managed to do the full 30 mins on there :T

    Anyone else having to really push themselves to get off their rears??? LOL

  • I haven't really done much today. I've walked to the craft shop and round town for about half an hour but I've not been feeling too great so skived a bit today!
