Well I got back in the gym on Friday and Saturday after some time off after the LARP weekend - been getting some nasty back spasms :(

Managed 6 sets of everything so pretty happy, and cheerleading practise was great yesterday too :)

Well done HBS. I'm sure you're glad to get stuck back into it again. Hope your back is ok :(

ANOTHER 2 mile run last night!! OH came with me this time  Had told him I was quite slow and it was a jog more than a run, and was expecting him to be far ahead of me...

    BUT...

We kept side by side the whole time! He said he could've gone a bit faster than me at the start, but by the time we were on the way back he was happy with the pace I was going. And according to him I WAS running not jogging!! :j Was really happy to hear that!! (I know - I am so sad!!! :o)

    YAY! Well done! Nice work!

I'd never run with my OH - he used to run half-marathon's so I'd only embarrass myself!

    :rotfl::rotfl:

OH and me went for a cycle at the start of last year. I hadn't been on a bike for... ummmm.... 20 odd years. He kept going away on ahead and drumming the fingers waiting on me to catch up. Needless to say I haven't been out with him again on a bike coz he put me clean off!!:rotfl:

(and possibly why he stayed with me last night!! ;))

Nobody doing any exercise these days?!??! :(

Went out for my 2 mile run on Friday evening with DD3... and ended up walking more than we ran! So when we got back home, she was beat and I said I was going back out again!! Managed ok!!

Last night I ran to my sisters house. It's just about 2 miles too. Sat on my butt for an hour when I got there then ran back home again (have to admit though that I stopped to walk twice for a bit to catch my breath on the way home - it is uphill mind you!!)

Missed my zumba last week coz of the NW200 but looking forward to it again on Thursday! :D

    Hope you're all well!

I think I've just been better at exercising than at updating ;)

Cheerleading practise was good yesterday and we did a fundraising car wash afterwards for 2 hours as well :)

Signed up for the Spartan Race yesterday...EEEEEK!! Gonna have to start training hard!

Haha, I shall certainly take that as a compliment, I'm a total madwoman :D

I didn't do much on Saturday if I'm honest - it was torrential rain so I pottered about the house, deep cleaned the bathroom and watched Eurovision :D
