Went for a bike ride with OH today. I will admit to complaining a lot but I don't think my saddle was high enough so hoping it'll be a little less painful next weekend! We went about 12 miles I think which isn't a bad start.

I now have lots of floor space after moving all the furniture round so hopefully wii fit will come out more often!

Very well done Giggles86 :) I went for a cycle on Friday night to clear my head. Ended up at OHs mums house - which is 5 miles away! Sat for a cuppa chat and biccie, then cycled home again! Amazed I wasn't dead on Saturday!

Another 1.6 mile run last night :) Bit wrecked though coz had eaten a HUGE dinner and was feeling sooooo bloated :p

Hope the aches and pains are still improving HBS :D

2.5 mile run last night. Managed it in 20 mins and 30 secs, which is about 3 mins off my last time :j

    Ah feels good! :)

Still here just a busy bunny!

Been keeping up with the assault course trying to train for the Spartan Race. Also went snow tubing on Friday which was great fun and involved running up a hill a lot :)

Off larping this weekend so fingers crossed for the weather!

Crikey you're never off the batter!! :D

You've so much variation in what you do HBS. Best way of not getting bored right enough!! How on earth do you find the time for all that stuff?!

After several days of sitting on my butt, I went a 1.5 mile run last night - in the rain :o Felt waaaaaaaaaay too full after dinner so had to do something!!

    EDIT:
    Random thought....

Debating getting a gym ball for the office as I sit at a desk all day, ie. 8ish hours. Good idea or bad??

Apparently it's not been proven that gym balls actually do anything by just sitting on them - but I think it looks like fun using one at a desk!

I'm lucky to have several good facilities near me - the stadium has a great gym with lots of free weights, the assault course/high ropes is just down the road, and work have a club that organises different activities - the snow tubing was one of the more sporty (and scary) ones!

Well done with the run - I find it so hard to do anything in the rain! Been mixing 30DS into my plan...but sadly can't seem to knock my treats on the head so not losing much weight :(

Went to the assault course last night, but on my second lap a bunch of crazyfit people showed up and didn't even look like they were breaking a sweat so I slunk off!

Did a bit of 30DS afterwards but my heart wasn't in it so made some nice healthy chilli beef and read the Kindle for an hour :) me and the dog chased each other round the garden for a bit too which was great fun!

I'm a massive fatty, as Steve Miller would say - 5ft and 83kg! So trying to drop at least a dress size :)
