Cooooeeeeee, where are you all, hope you're not slacking :p

I'm finally back after my calf injury, was taking it easy, went back to Zumba it was fine then two days later I was strolling and it went again  I have been a right miserable moo these days and I think it's been due to lack of exercise which is amazing as I am not normally into keeping fit but I've been really missing it!

So I have been going out walking, done 2.5 miles last Monday, Zumba on Tuesday, a 5 mile walk with a friend (makes it so much easier!!) o Thursday, a 4.5 mile walk on Saturday and today I did 5.3 miles pushing my two year old in his buggy :D:j:j. Oh and I have just completed day one of the 30 ds .....again!! Calf is niggling so didn't push the 30 ds too much but as long as I can complete the strength and abs workouts I'll be happy as long as I keep up the walking.

Woohoo well done Teenie D :T (not about the injury but all that walking!!!)

Was out for a run on Saturday a.m. Upped it to 2+1/2 miles and had to stop to walk 3 times I think for about 30 secs to get my breath back. Was very warm outside which wasn't helping. My face felt purple!! :o

Been out walking OHs mums dog too coz we're dog-sitting at the minute. Wee small dog so wee small walks, but still! Every little helps!

Dusted off my Davina Intense DVD again last night. I can only say one word today - OUCH!!! :rotfl:

Ah well. No pain: no gain! :)

I did 2 laps of the assault course at the local activity centre tonight and I am EXHAUSTED! It's nearly 1km in length but it definitely didn't feel like I did 2kms!

Failed a couple of things and chickened out on a couple more, but it's something to work towards :)

Well done, ladies, aren't you all doing well :T

At the moment, I've been doing my usual hour of zumba then fitball or zumba on another day. Last week I didn't have the car so walked 1.5miles (in the rain) to zumba, did 45 mins of zumba then walked the 1.5m (in the rain!) home. Knackered.

Seem to have dropped the 30ds at the mo, only been on youtube once recently for a workout. Also dropped the evening jogging and exchanged it for a cup of green tea with DS1. We are meant to be working our way up to a jog then home for green tea. The stuff is vile but the health benefits are amazing :rotfl:

Well done you lot, I will get back into my exercising but at the moment I am just enjoying not aching every day.

I keep telling myself the aching is weakness leaving my body, ha ha!

    What's fitball? I'm intrigued?

Very well done HBS! :T You're obviously fitter than you realise :rotfl: :D

Good for you Money maker! Walking has made all the difference to my figure I have to admit! It's 1+1/2 miles to work so I'm notching up 15 miles a week without even trying! And Zumba is 'on the way home' so, like you, have still got the walk to do afterwards! Feels good though, doesn't it?! :)

Me and OH took dog out again last night. Were walking for an hour  Wee dog only a yorkie so I'm sure she was done on those wee short legs!! :rotfl:

And another OUCH from Monday nights DVD! I'm still stiff and sore! Will see how I am later this evening and maybe get out for a run. If not I've Zumba tomorrow anyway.

HAW, you're doing so well, you put the rest of us to shame :)

I didn't realise how fun the course would be! I was only going to do one lap but it was so much fun I did two!

Calf has gone gain :( I could just cry, started off on a walk this evening, done about 1/2 a mile and it just went. Sick of this, looks like I'll be out of action again for a week or two :(

Ah no :( Sorry to hear that. Rest up and you'll be back and bouncing again before you know it!

Went out for a run last night! Used the Walkmate app on my phone. According to it I did 2.59km. But according to google maps it was 2.5 miles! Bit of a difference there!!! Managed to run the full length which I'm well proud of, even though I did slow down considerably 2/3s of way round. 23mins and 47 secs :j

    Zumba later!! :D

And yes I'm still a bit sore from Davina on Monday night too!! :o

Well done HAW and hugs to you Teenie!

I did some weights last night - knocked 10-20kg off all lifts and did 4 sets of 4 reps. Back and shoulder only complained a tiny bit :D
