Big Bottomed Girls (and Guys) getting a wiggle on - daily exercise challenge

Been a bit quiet lately but I'm still sticking to my plan!
The classes are so much more fun than going to the boring, monotonous gym every single day!
I'm currently doing 3 Aerobics classes and an LBT class every week and I'm feeling soooo much better for it! Although I don't appear to have lost any weight (obviously I was expecting it to disappear over night!) I can definitely feel that the wobbly bits are becoming firmer!!
Getting to the point where I feel like I need to do more but unfortunately, they don't have any more classes that would fit around work which is very annoying! I can't really pay any more than my gym membership so classes at local church halls etc are a no go! I think I'll start a petition to get more classes... I NEVER... EVER thought I'd want to go to more classes!Weight Loss3lb Lost32lb To Go:xmassmile 8 Week Christmas Cracker SW Challenge :xmassmile3lb/12lb0 -
Been swimming the past few nights to try and ease the shoulder. I forgot how much I enjoy it

I used to swim regularly but I've not been so keen since I got a plaster in my mouth.0

I used to swim 3ish times a week a few years back... and stopped when I got hand, foot and mouth
Needless to say I haven't been back in any pool since
Zumba last night was FUN!!:D

Ewwww....thanks guys! Ha ha!
Thankfully our local pool are pretty on the ball with cleanliness and I tend to go really late when it's quiet - no kids around!
Going to try and get back to the weights tomorrow

It's not bad now thanks
- I think when I hurt my back I started compensating by using my shoulder more - now my back is better and I have a sore shoulder! Ha ha!

Hi!
I'd like to join in if that's ok? I'm always going on about how I need to go to the gym more often (I pay monthly and go about once a week) and how I'd like to be fitter. I bought a FitBit (fancy type of pedometer) in March and find that really helpful. I now do at least 10,000 steps every day - helped along by a walking game on the wii - and am hoping to boost it up to 15,000 steps from the beginning of June. We will see!
So I'm hoping that reading everyone else's exercise routines will inspire me to do the same0 -
