Cycled to work this morning
It was raining and I figured it'd be quicker. Which it was. Only took me about 10-15 mins (then another 10 getting the bike up the stairs and into my office :rotfl:)
In saying that it was mostly downhillWill be fun going home tonight.

Hope you got home alright, HAW
I looked at the couch to 5k HBS but I don't use an ipod or mp3 and would need to download it on that. May borrow DS1's if he lets me. Out jogging again tonight, DH joined us. Will keep trying until I can run from home to our target point without stopping.
Zumba again today which was good fun (and exhausting) as ever

Big bottomed girls, we make the rockin' world go round
I'm sure I found a chart somewhere with the details of how to do Couch 2 5k rather than on mp3 - I'll see if I can find it. You'd need something to time yourself with but that's all
Also - please keep voting for the squad on the Mars Milk link - we're down to 5th againand ask friends to as well!

Really fallen off the radar the last couple of weeks due to a painful shoulder and lethargy.
Made the effort this morning though and was in the pool for 7 o clock  to do aqua class. Bit monotonous as it wasnt my favourite instructor taking class and the one that took it plays the same bleeding abba compilation every time!!

Well done for getting back on it!
Yesterday I did the Insanity fit test and didn't do too badly and then did a half-set workout at the gym. Busy day!

totally gutted! I was wondering about trying to go back to Zumba tomorrow but not sure what to do for the best?

If you really want to go, do what you can and make the instructor aware of your injury! Could you put some Deep Heat on it too?
Get well soon - be careful!

I agree with HBS, Teenie D. Have a word with the instructor before you start, and just go at your own pace. I did that a couple of weeks ago when I wasn't feeling the best. Have to say I was really glad I wentWealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0
