Zumba last night was sooooooooooo much fun!! :D:D Spent most of the 45 mins with a big silly grin on my face! I'm sure the others were wondering... :rotfl: Think it may have been partly to do with the fact I sit on my butt for 8+ hours a day, so by the time class happens I'm absolutely buzzing!! Definitely a 'feel good' exercise! :D

Hi, long time lurker here (and also a big bottomed girl!) but ready to get fit!

Started at the gym last week and had an intense session of body combat, too bad my shifts at work change each week so can't go the same time each week which is a shame but need to push myself into going on my days off! No sessions on Monday so will see if the swimming pool is open instead!

    Good luck everyone!

    Hi BBG's

Hope everyones over their injuries now and feeling better. I'm just getting over a little cold I had for a few days. Did Zumba last week, my class is an hour long so I'm wet, dripping and staggering back to the car.

Decided to check out the hour long fitball session too (different day!) which I used to do years ago. The half hour aerobic warm up (half hour:eek:) had me starting to drip but was dry as anything and not even breathing deeply by the time the hour was up. Next day... could hardly move :rotfl:

Might have another go this week...

Oh, and DS1 keeps nagging me about jogging/running with him. I can't even do half a mile without stopping and he's talking about marathons:rotfl:

    Morning all!

I spent the weekend running around a field hitting people which was AWESOME - first LARP event of the season!

However I'm completely seized up today so I think tonight's exercise may be a simple ramble with the pooch :)

:rotfl: Sounds like a good weekend HBS! :D

Well, I did a 4 mile practice walk on Saturday afternoon - 1 hour...

Then the 9 MILE WALK on Monday! We did it in about 1 hour 50 mins which we were well proud of!! :D:j:D:j:D

Out for a run last night. 15 mins and just under 2 miles. Legs still sore from Monday but never mind.

Cycled into work today to give my legs a rest!! :rotfl:

Then Zumba tomorrow. Be fit for nothing by the weekend at this rate!!! :p
