Gosh, aren't we quiet on here!

Hope everyone had a good easter and didn't overdo the chocolate. I have done absolutely nothing for the last few days although my weight has been stable. Did level 2 of 30ds today, ably assisted by DD (5). Zumba tomorrow and I think I'm going to suffer for my laziness:D

How are the ladies on the stairs doing?

Well done to you and DD!

I had a weekend of absolute gluttony, but spring-cleaned the house and did 2 Insanity workouts and a lifting one too.

Me and OH went to the Sea-Life centre yesterday, I'm sure I burned calories jumping up and down in delight at the otters :)

I think 'quiet' may possibly have gone hand in hand with 'easter'....

    :EasterBun

Davina Intense on Monday was good! Legs and butt were sore yesterday, yet still managed to do a 6+ mile [STRIKE]walk[/STRIKE] hike round the coast with OH :D

    Zumba tomorrow! :j

I ran a kilometre yesterday, and then did a Pilates class.

My goodness! Despite all my conditioning, I was well worked out by the end of it. Will definitely go back next week if there's space :)

  • Come on ladybums, you've gone all quiet! How goes the exercise?

I did ballroom dancing last night, we did cha-cha-cha, which is great for the calves, and I had also gone to the gym straight from work.

Not sure what to do tonight - Insanity, swim or something else...*ponders*

Haven't been a lazy bum!! Promise!!

Zumba last Thursday again which was brilliant as always party0032.gif

Was planning on going walking/running(!!)/DVD last night but was helping OH move furniture about! Didn't get any 'exercise' done but didn't manage to sit on my butt til well after 10pm! Busy night!! :p

Have signed up to do the 9 mile walk as part of the Belfast Marathon!:D

I'm well used walking so in theory it should be a doddle, but will get a couple practises in before that anyway. Only a month to go :D:D:D

Nothing for me since Zumba last wednesday. Am seriously reconsidering whether to do Zumba tomorrow as I will really struggle to last the hour!

So what did you do tonight, HBS?

I've been away for a week with people from my church and so not done much in the way of exercise. We went swimming twice while we were away though, and I walked about 5miles on Monday. Planning to get done the things I need to do today then find some kind of exercise video and go for a walk around the country lanes at my OHs.

  • Please stick with the Zumba Money maker!! It does get easier!! :) Once you get the hang of the steps you find you'll emphasize your moves more. I've been going about 2 months I think and last week I had a really bad stitch!!! :p I'm going tomorrow night again :)

Giggles86 you did good last week!! :) Country lanes are good :D

Went for a run last night!! Yup! An actual run!!! With legs moving seriously quicker and further than normal, arms pumping, heart going mental, can't see coz wind/cold is making my eyes water, and can't actually breathe!

'Measured' it on google maps: (all miles)
    walk 0.2
    run 0.6
    walk 0.1
    run 0.6
    walk 0.2

Total of 1.7 miles. Think it took me roughly 20 mins, but couldn't really see anything, never mind the clock, when I collapsed at the end of it!! :rotfl::rotfl:

How I'm still alive today I'll never know!!! :p
