Started level 2 of the 30 ds yesterday OMG it was hard going really need some motivation to do it today. Been out for a walk in the woods, was lovely if a bit wet and muddy!

  • I got my afternoon walk in with the dog along cleethorpes prom.

Ten minutes in and the rain came but I carried on.

    Got soaked.

There was even some people on the boating lake....rowing in the rain. :rotfl:

Thinking a pedometer might keep me motivated, can anyone recommend a cheap one?

  • Morning all!

Spent a weekend of madness running up and down hills in the mud, dressed in armour, and I LOVED every minute of it!

Seem to have come down with a throat infection though :( so maybe no gym till tomorrow.

  • Welcome Gaelen :D I think you're energetic enough to make me feel guilty and ashamed and therefore have to do more exercise!! :rotfl:

    Friday lazy day.
Saturday loads of grocery shopping so arms are like Arnies (not really!!) lol
Sunday took SILs dog out a good looooooong walk :D
Yesterday I did my new Davina DVD which was very good! Based on the HIIT which kinda had me beat, but I can see how it's very good too.

All the usual housework on top of that. Plus back at work today so all my walking back on track again :D

Kantankrus Mare: what kinda phone do you have? Can you get an app??

Wow, you guys have been busy!

No exercise over the weekend, really busy and everyone was home. Today I did level 2 30ds again. Getting better at it each day.

Wish I could keep up with you lot. Saw the advertising for Insanity earlier when I turned the tv on. All respect to HBS for completing it, was tired just watching it. But it's compelling viewing.

Well done everyone! HBS hope your throat gets better soon. I'm still working away on at the 30 DS, had Zumba last night and planning a good walk tomorrow as I've not done one for a few days, it's just soooooo cold, wish the snow would bu**er off!
