Zumba last night was F.U.N.!!
Went out for dinner after so undid all the good, but it'd have been worse had I not done Zumba at all, so happy enough!

I'm going tonight. Our class is only 45 mins and I wish it was an hour!! lol
Going out for dinner afterwards though so gonna undo any good I do
:(
Money maker: have you a target or are you just trying to stay the weight you are? I think I'm about the right weight, although I do 'fluctuate'OH and SIL think I'm too skinny. But nobody else does?? Don't get that at all!
Good for you heartbreak_star :T Exhausted just reading that!! lol:D
I certainly don't want to stay the weight I am:eek: Basically I quit nicotine last feb and put on over 2 stones of fat. Now I need to shift it. My weight has just started coming down even though I'm eating chocs;)
Level 2 of 30ds yesterday. Went ok, sweated for England. Zumba today for the first time - LOVE IT! Ok, I'm poorly coordinated and have no idea about the moves but I sweated buckets again and feel like i've done a really good workout. Now I understand the attraction of zumba. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

Well if your weight is still coming down then why not allow yourself the occasional chocolate treat...?!
Woohoo!!Glad you enjoyed Zumba! I do think it is addictive! You get to know the steps eventually, but I still pause and look baffled several times in one class!! :rotfl::rotfl:

Hi all,
Just popping in - Managed to hurt my knee (no idea how) so I've not been exercising much. Still lurking though."I am not a vegetarian because I love animals; I am a vegetarian because I hate plants." A. Whitney Brown0 -

Morning all!
I'm still with you - I just haven't had a lot of time to post this week.
I've done a lot of walking through the week - usually around 3 miles a day at a good brisk pace. But yesterday I went swimming and managed to do a mile in 31 mins - very pleased with that, it felt quite easy too. I'm hoping to do the open water Great Swim this year (a mile in a lake in a wet suit:eek:) so need to do it in a respectable time and to train for a longer distance as its harder in open water than in a pool.
Just about to take the dog to the park and I'll try to fit in some formal exercise later too, maybe a little run.0 -
Room for one more?
I'm attempting to beat my plateau and finally get in the shape I want this year. I have a personal trainer twice a week and also do a kickboxing class (I cut down from 5 a week to once) and am meant to be having rest days but in between I do light exercise.
Today is a light exercise day as i'm training tomorrow so I will do a mix of cardio and some hand weights - I have a nice selection of weights and kettlebells that I seem to have amassed.
Welsh Woofer - Good luck on the swim!!0 -
A trip to Malham yesterday and a 4+mile walk around the tarn with my OH which was lovely....though a little muddy! Today I have to clean
Plan to take it fairly easy exercise wise but will probably going to get one of my DVDs out later

Can I join you lot to try and keep me motivated please.?
I have been a member of the gym for a year and three months and although never given up completely my attendance has been sporadic and I dont really push myself.
Im not over weight but need to really tone up bum and belly.
Have had this week off work and managed three visits to the gym which will be harder when back at work but I am determined to keep it up and hopefully see results.
So this week,
Tues.........did an hour step class
Thurs.........a body balance pilates type class
sun (this morning) a rather energetic aqua class.
Walked the dog for an hour yesterday and forty minutes the day before.
Hoping I can summon up the energy for another long walk this afternoon.
Feeling very vituous but I know I usually run out of steam and use any excuse to not go to gym and then dont see any results so hoping this time with your help will be differentMake £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £600 -
Had a run in the park this morning with the dog and just back from an hour long brisk walk before the evening draws in. I won't have a chance to do any exercise tomorrow as I have visitors but will try to get back on track on Tuesday
Hope everyone has a good week.:)0
