Is that 10 each way or 20 each way? If 20 each way I'd likely do 10 in the morning and 10 when I get home. Otherwise I might actually dieWealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0 -

I'm at my OH's tonight and tomorrow and he doesn't have any stair. I'll have to count stairs once I get home on Wednesday evening! I bought 2 fitness DVDs today. Ones that just have 10-20 minute sessions so when I don't go to the gym I'll be able to at least fit one of those in, however busy I am! Not much done today. The snow has meant we've not been able to get outside at school, and I was offered a lift back to the bus station tonight!*2014 £365/365days - £52/£365* *20p Savers club #17 £12.00/£50*

Day 6 of 30 ds done
. It is definitely getting easier but it kills my calves as the start doing star jumps and skipping rope, hopefully that'll ease off!
DH done it with me tonight, he is training for Tough Mudder so is pretty fit and he found it hard going, made me feel :j as I was doing a much better job than him lol!"That's no reason to cry. One cries because one is sad. For example, I cry because others are stupid, and that makes me sad."0 -
Oh dear...
So here I am, sitting quietly and feeling content having just polished off the first layer of the box of All Gold I got for Mothering Sunday. When my phone goes. It's my friend who wanted me to join her for zumba. We haven't managed to get together so far but looks like it's on for this friday.
I am half a pound of chocolate heavier, not to mention that I haven't listened to Gillian for 5 days. I have until friday to improve my fitness... help!
BTW, well done all the rest of you for the efforts you've been putting in.Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

An hour of gym and 45 mins of zumba today.
My trainer has tweaked my cardio and resistance routine so its a bit fresher which i think helps. Thinking of zumba tomorrow. Its a different instructor and i think i prefer her to tonights. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Exactly! Every little bit helps! Think I managed 6 this morning. More from sheer embarrassment! Think I need to have a word with OH DD3 and warn her I'll be doing that!! ha ha
How's your stairs going today fairyclicks?
Money maker: zumba is faaaaaaaaaaaab! I love it!
I'm sure you, Giggles86, and OH will think of something else...:D

Back into the gym last night - thankfully still at the level I was pre-cheer comp. I still prefer weightlifting to anything else bar cheer
(EDIT: Though I do want to stamp my feet and tantrum when I hit a plateau - can't seem to get my squat above 75kg)
Also went ballroom dancing last night, I couldn't get my tango face on and kept giggling
MU - can you ask about free weights instead of resistance machines? Sooooo much better for your body!
