Just back from my first Bokwa and I LOVE it, I am on a total high at the mo (god does that sound sad?!!:o). The instructor is going to see if she can get a regular class slotted in somewhere, maybe have it after Zumba, now that would be a fab workout!"That's no reason to cry. One cries because one is sad. For example, I cry because others are stupid, and that makes me sad."0

Somehow I forced myself to to do some exercises at home this evening...took me almost an hour but that's only because I was slow, didn't even break a sweat... Still a good start.0

Should maybe ask my zumba instructor about bokwa... Although to be fair all I really need to do is blast the music channel at full whack and get grooving!!! :rotfl:Wealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0

Hey, any exercise is better than no exercise!
Yesterday was technically my day off heavy exercise, so I jsut had a potter with the pooch.

I've been home from work for about an hour and a half so not had very long yet, but I've already done up and down the stairs 5 times. It does help that I'm the only one home at the moment and the phone has rung twice! I'll be doing it again before long! I would have done one of my new DVDs but I've been feeling rough all day and I have played out for a good 3 hours so been running back and forth (and away from!) children!*2014 £365/365days - £52/£365* *20p Savers club #17 £12.00/£50*

(EDIT: Though I do want to stamp my feet and tantrum when I hit a plateau - can't seem to get my squat above 75kg)
Also went ballroom dancing last night, I couldn't get my tango face on and kept giggling
MU - can you ask about free weights instead of resistance machines? Sooooo much better for your body!
