Fallen a bit behind with my 30ds. Took two days off on thurs and fri as I was too busy to do the workouts. Another day off today as DH, DD and DS2 at home - had a sleep instead!
Will send them all out to MIL's tomorrow and try to get some work donePlease do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

My squad came 8th at our competition, and I'm back in the gym but not heavy lifting today so I don't throw my routine haha!

I'm so with you :rotfl: I have done nothing exercise wise apart from a little walk with the man yesterdayI did a car boot so lifting boxes in and out of the car and up and down stairs counts a bit too i guess (bum and legs sore so it is doing something
) I also bought myself a bike at the car boot yesterday
am really looking forward to going out on it this week! Have a hospital appointment today though so not likely to be today as thats a 3hr drive + an hr there at least
Might aim for 20 rounds of stairs though :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Debt at Aug 2010 (LBM) £21,908.86, Debt Freeeeee Date 4th Nov 2013 :j:j:j Massive Thanks to the £10 per day thread :A Next goals:Savings £1203.16/£10,000******Mortgage to Zero: £52,579.46 to go

Good for you!Should really invest in a bike myself....
I should maybe start counting the stairs at home too! In the mornings I've my wee routine of housework after OH leaves for work, and I seem be on the stairs more than I'm actually doing housework!!Wealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0
