  • You feeling any better hun?

Popping to the gym for a mega-quick workout tonight - going to a medieval banquet later! Some of us were going to dress up (I have oodles of LARP kit to choose from) but they've all decided not to :(

Looking forward to the food though - ham hock terrine, grilled gammon, and home-made sorbet :D

Level 2 of 30ds again yesterday. Sweated buckets. Will probably rest for today unless I can get the house to myself. Need to have another go tomorrow as out for meal tomorrow night.

    Have a good weekend, all.

    Hello again :D

    Hmmmmm exercise....?!?

Spent Saturday in Belfast walking round shops and drinking coffee. Calories burned = 3,000,000 I think ;):rotfl: (I wish!!)

Tonight I plan on either my workout DVD, a run () or Zumba.

Need to do something coz I feel :p after a rather lazy day yesterday! :o

Right, back on the old exercise wagon again.
I have been exercising (really I have) but only twice or three times a week. But tonight -enough with the lazyness and on with 30ds....even though it is evil and I shout at the tv at that mad american devil woman who makes me sweat and wheeze like a 90 year old asthmatic.

Level 2 of 90ds today. Wish I had the energy to shout at the tv, marrowgirl:D

Did start to do level 2 yesterday, 14 minutes in and DH pulls onto the drive with DD and my dad. Cue me rushing upstairs to the bathroom to get dressed and mega p***ed off as I was reaching the easier bits!

My DD (who's 4) was talking to me about jumping jacks. Apparently susies mummy does some in a slightly different way (star jumps?). Never thought I'd be talking exercise routines with a 4 year old:eek:

My last update stopped on sun 24th - been a bit inconsistent, but this what I have been up to

25th Monday - was just plain lazy!
26th Tues - 1 hour of spinning at the gym
27th Wed - lazy again - not really my fault though, my friend cancelled on out Insanity date!
28th feb-2nd Mar thurs-sat - beyond lazy, not even hula hoops
    3rd Sun - BLT class
4th Mon - rest day (decided on 5 days of exercise and two rest days - mon and thurs)
5th Tues - Had body combat class this morning and boy was it good, Have a 40min spinning class at 6

Hopefully this week is better than the last.
At least been eating well as usually, no real unhealthy snacks or too much of any thing.
  • Just updated my blog yesterday.

Managed to smash all my personal bests at the gym, then went ballroom dancing - we did samba which is fun but a bit confusing!

My right hand started to swell last night though - I am suspecting a dislocated finger :(
