30ds again tonight. Bought this and Davina Fit so I have a bit of variety.
I have started to notice a bit of toning happening (whoop whoop). I am eating healthily but not weighing myself as I get a bit obsessive with the scales and with PCOS i tend to lose weight very slowly which can be discouraging if the numbers aren't changing.

Heartbreak Star - hope your finger is ok. x

Another 30ds level 2 today. I sweated so much, face as red as a beetroot. Takes me another half hour to cool down afterwards.

Just had a big meal out tonight so expect the scales will put me up another pound or three tomorrow. Feels like two steps forward and one step back.

Hope everyones (fingers) feeling better tonite.

No exercise last night. Just a traipse round half a dozen shops. Which I spose is exercise in itself anyway coz we were in and out of the car each time, plus seemed to pick the heavy stuff for the basket (which was obviously me carrying! :p) :D

  • Aww thanks for the good wishes everyone!

Looks like my finger was dislocated rather than broken, which has led to painful tendons etc. The doc manipulated it a bit and said to "keep it strapped for a while, take anti-inflammatories and don't do anything daft" haha!

Took the pooch for a walk last night but not much else.

  • It's the gym-threatening I worry about ;) I can't deadlift 85kg with a knackered hand :( *sigh*

Sorry I've been MIA for a while. A stressful week at work last week followed by a birthday treat trip to London means I've not done as much exercise as I should have done. Though a signal failure on the tube on Sunday meant a bit more walking than we'd planned to do but we did cover a lot of miles on foot anyway. Last night I had a mad half hour walk to make it to a meeting on time but just my usual walk between school and the bus station today. Might get the Wii out later, but no promises as I'm exhausted!

Evening :D not been very good at keeping up lately, last week was a complete write off as it was so hectic but I'm back onto it this week, a 3 mile walk on Monday , Zumba on Tuesday and just done my first day of 30ds earlier, got on better than I thought I would :)

    Evening all.

Lent a friend 30ds so gonna do Davina tonight (sounds rude, apologies!). Gonna have to shut the cats in the spare room as otherwise they think its a great game chasing my feet while I exercise and trying to hide under my yoga mat.

No work out tomorrow though as I have to go out and I can't be bothered to do anything before work. There is a limit to my motivation.

Happy healthy thoughts going out to you all. M,x
