That will not be a issue he will always support his Child..as i said in previous posts he is still maintaining the mortgage payments even though she ended the relationship...he needs to get some revenue behind him so now the relationship has ended he was looking to get the property rented out while he,s away...but she has changed the locks.0

Has anyone ever wondered if there should be some rules regarding changing the locks?
Ie proof of ownership or something?
Don't know how it would work, but really, what's to stop anyone who has a key from doing this to anyone?0 -
There are rules there called Law and she has broken that..in a earlier post i refer to legal advice taken today....She has no legal right...its only a issue as My Son is away at present and will have to appoint someone..ie: M E to act on his behalf...just need to take advice re this now..0

I know what you mean, if you get locked out without a utility bill though it could be a real pain!
I've never had to change any locks, I wonder if you have to provide any proof of anything.0 -
Hang on. There's a child, and it should be up to the child's mother and father to home the child, not up to grandparents or the State. If the child is also being removed from the property how is this "just"?
His first responsibility should be to provide shelter - a home - for his child.0 -

Easy.. he keeps his child and kicks her out on her thieving derriere. She stole his home and all his possessions, he owes her nothing. Sounds like justice to me and in her shoes I would expect nothing less.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Bit random, but I'm nosy and intrigued. Is your son in jail? Not that it makes any difference. Just being curious!0

CSA website states 15% of net salary for 1 child...The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....0
