well after looking into it again PayPal just make it easier for sellers to sell digital goods in America and Australia, but still refuse to cover the buyer. Emm so PayPal are really helping these people who can't do as advertised send a code through once payment is received, it is false advertising, 10/11 days is not instant!!!!

All PayPal had to do was set up a fake account and buy something then they would see what was going on. I am very suspicious that only 1 person claims to have got a code....when everyone else is still waiting. If it is legit why not answer the tickets like any reputable site would do?

Just wondering if anyone else registered with the site as the transactions would be detailed on that?
  • Just wrote a review on their site about never receiving any ms points, it won't be on there. Everyone should do that too. Also I have reported them to the fraud site :j
  • I'm sorry you guys are still waiting, that sucks. I don't know how I got mines. Must just have been lucky.

I was talking to my mate about this in the pub last night. He said that they may have been overloaded with orders because of the black ops II maps coming out, and they may have underestimated the demand. But of course if that was the case then they really should have put a notice on the website saying there would be a delay.

Selling instant game points when they knew it wouldn't be instant is fraudulent. Especially when it's in their terms and conditions:
In the unlikely event that no code is supplied following payment a full refund will be given or a code provided as soon as possible.
All subscription and points codes are emailed as soon as payment has cleared.
Once you are a Insta Game Points customer, any codes purchased will be instantly emailed to your registered email address upon payment. All of this is an automated process.

Three points of their own terms and conditions broken.
  • 2 weeks today and still no email. My support ticket was deleted last week so I put up another one, and surprise, surprise, no reply.... Still awaiting feedback from seller on PayPal
  • Just got my money back on PayPal :)
  • Cool. At least that's more hope for those that don't get their points they might at least get their money back via PayPal.
  • Nothing here from Paypal , kicked my claim out at the beginning of the month .
  • :rotfl:Just got my money back from PayPal

"We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in your
    favour.

We were able to recover 29.58 GBP, and this amount has been credited to you. Please allow 5 working days for this adjustment to be posted."

    thank you paypal:j

In future why not use google, an offer or a cheap price has been posted on hukd here.
  • well, last day for them to respond to my claim on paypal before I got a refund and they did, saying the same as above, sent via email. I am very !!!!ed off!

The only option I had was to change the type of claim, so I did, goods not as described.

I have added a comment in the claim that I want full details of the account holder so I can start a small claims court action.

got to wait another 30 day now.

How does paypal allow this to continue? they must realise what is happening. They have had enough claims from people about the same company in a small period of time.
