So it is okay for gangsters to do this? It is so obviously a scam even my 2 year old can see that, can't their email account be check or something their has to be some way of proving nothing was ever sent. It is false advertising, perhaps send it onto the gaming companies as it is using all their logos and images for fradulant dealings. I can't believe the site is still up! Sometimes the internet is a right pain, so Paypal have a get out clause these scammers knew about.0

Just an update on my situation.
I raised a trouble ticket. Have heard nothing so went to check status of my trouble ticket and it now seems my trouble ticket is invalid. So basically they have ignored and deleted.
I have raised a new one and told them that if I get no reply by close of day tomorrow I will be doing everything in my power to help bring them down because if they take money from me and don't give me what was promised then they have broken the law.
I will be contacting watchdog, trading standards and the police.
I only spent £14.22 but its my £14.22 and its everyone else's money who are also victims of this scam. If they have scammed let's just say for example 1000 people at an average of £15 per person. That's £15000. I'm just plucking numbers out of the air here but it could easily be at least those numbers. That is serious crime.
And if PayPal are getting a cut and are not willing to help then they also should be getting investigated.0 -
Lol, they have no shame... I've jus noticed they've increased 2100 Microsoft pooints to £15.16.
Oh we'll thank god I bought mines when I did, now I'm only £14.22 out of pocket. Saved myself 94p.0 -
I am in Ireland so cc company will have a different set of rules but still rules. Everyone get onto Watchdog, report to fraud police and I am going to contact the
Irish consumer show too. Show everyone that Paypal are apparently discriminating against Europeans, as we have no protection when buying digital goods where the americans do. This has to change as eBooks are not a physical item nor are music downloads.0 -
Also post the website in twitter and send to xbox live etc stop others being caught.0

So what is the point of PayPal I thought using it was ment to protect you or am I wrong?
The problem is that PayPal will protect you if you are buying something that is tangible, but as all of you have unfortunately found out the protection doesn't seem to exist if you buy something that is delivered electronically.0
