From PayPal
The seller responded to our request for delivery tracking information. We
still need to investigate and confirm this information, but we wanted to
share the seller's response with you:
Tracking Company: Cannot Provide Tracking
Tracking Number: Intangible Item
No further action on your part is required at this time. We will continue
our investigation, and contact you with any updates.

As long as you paid through Paypal, our money will be reimbursed. That's part of the security of using their services.0 -
I bought 2100 Microsoft points, Sunday I think it was. Supposed to be instant.... Still nothing. I went on website to get contact details and lo and behold the website is offline. Yep, I think I've been scammed. Do you think I will be able to get my money back from PayPal?0

I have bought from similar sites before and never had any problems.0

Raise a dispute with PayPal, as all the other victims have done - I'm sure PayPal will soon see a trend.0 -

Based on the previous posts, if I was you I'd get my PayPal dispute in now rather than wait.
If the points were going to turn up, they would have done by now and if the site wasn't a scam, they wouldn't still be advertising immediate delivery of something they can't supply.0 -
Do people not do some research before spending money ?
I posted an offer I saw on HUKD on page 1, go check it out peeps and compare that offer if its still on with the points you can buy from GAME, Amazon or other websites.0 -
Another that's been turned over and it seem PayPal will not be helping as its an electronic transaction with no postage and not covered by the PayPal guarantee .
Just got off the phone to PayPal and anybody that's been caught by this scam and thinks that the PayPal guarantee is going to get their money back , think again .
Any advice on what to do next would be helpful as this is the first time I have been tucked up and a completely new and very unpleasant experience .0 -
Well the website came back up (so they're obviously still at the scamming... This is theft surely they can be reported?) and I've managed to raise a trouble ticket... Still no reply.
Seems no use in trying PayPal but I'm gonna try anyway.0
