At work at the moment on my phone so I cant check the link but will and update. It was the cheapest I could find and upon googling as I do before most purxhases from companies I haven t used before nothing came up as I clearly must have been one of their first victims. Still waiting I opened a support ticket which has now been open for almost 24 hours with no reply and yet yours was instant which indicates to me thay they intentionally ignore after you pay your money.

I hope so daniob although I am not hopeful whatsoever as I cant find any tramsaction history via paypal and the website owners have made no communication via my support ticket or emails.

Just bought and received instantly Microsoft Points from: electronicfirst.com
    Paid through Paypal.
However they did warn me on the site transaction could take 24 hours. In fact took about 5 minutes.

Just like to add that my first post a bit misleading, instagamepoints responded to my support query with an automatic email only. No other correspondence received.

  • Hey guys, I also ordered a 12 month xbox live gold subscription from them at 11am Sunday. After waiting until about 3pm i thought it was a bit odd that i hadn't received it as it stated it was "instant" . I opened up a ticket asking them about it, and after waiting another 3 hours i received a reply saying "I will look into this for you. May I have your Order ID? Thank you." i instantly replied telling them it, and it has now been 20 hours since i sent them it, and i am yet to hear anything back. Around 5 minutes ago i rung the number stated as "customer support" on their website, and after ringing once, it went through to an answer phone message. If it was a home business, the answering machine would be a know telephone line e.g. bt, but it was some russian recording. This makes me believe that it might be fake, unless anyone else has used them before and received their goods?

  • Just signed up to report a similar problem.

Paid for instant code on Sunday. Went through Paypal fine.

    Still no delivery.

I have tried phoning - just keeps ringing.

I have tried raising a support ticket - nothing has happened to that for two days.

I have now raised dispute with PayPal, hopefully that will get my money back. They have not yet responded to the PayPal dispute either.
  • Bought 4200 points this morning ready for the black ops 2 maps and ain't received a code emailed no response phoned them no answer made a dispute with PayPal then phoned them to escalate to a claim as it won't let me do it on the site as you have to wait 7days but spoke to PayPal and told them the situation and they escalated it for me and said I now have to wait 11 days for insta to respond to the claim very disappointed will never buy points online again not worth all the hassle
  • Im really upset, was trying to get a good price on points for my son who has been doing allsorts of chores to save so he can get black ops map packs, i found the instagames site on the bottom of an ebay page so stupidly thought it should be ok, i purchased 4200 points for the price of 28.74 paid by paypal, surprise surprise they have not been delivered. ive contacted the company, no reply via the "ticket" system. ive searched the web and cant find anythin apart from this forum. im so mad with myself because i usually check everything out in a site first and if i buy online its usually from trusted companies. ive instigated a paypal dispute, lets see what happens i can only hope that i can get my money refunded. is there anything that can be done against fake companies like this?
