I think the best thing to do is everyone (including me) raises a dispute with paypal, maybe they will send the information over to "cyber police" who will look into the website. In addition to what was previously said by myself, they DELETED my ticket! So i created a new one, saying that they can either reply to my email, or i will be taking legal action against the fraudsters. What also made it more suspicious is the fact that none of their facebook or other social networking site links works besides their twitter page... SOO ANNGRRYYY!!!0

Hello all instagamepoints victims,
Just so u all know, I've just been down to the 'registered office' (I work about half a mile from it), it's one of those 'virtual addresses'. Basically they pay to use that address for their company and all their post goes through the office.
But, when I asked if they had a company by the name of instagmepoints or something similar on file, as u can all guess, they have nothing at all.
I've raised 2 tickes, used their contact page email thing a few times and called dozens of times (to both numbers). No answer.
I bought £44 worth of stuff on Saturday and the order still 'Processing', but the Paypal was done in seconds.
Just get your PayPal requests in ASAP, that way PayPal will know by sheer numbers the company's a bunch of scummers..., sorry scammers.0 -
There are other sites out there to buy the points from, ask on the xbox forums for sites that those on there use.
Check out HUKD for ms points, they have 3300 for about £23.0 -

Seems we're not the only ones!! Their twitter page was working yesterday, with only 1 post saying "Come and get cheap xbox/PS3 cods now!" Now its suspiciously disappeared.. Bunch of w@nkers.0 -
Unfortunately it looks like I may have fallen victim too. 9 hours since purchase and still showing as 'processing' even though the funds have left my account. A home line number for their customer support which just rings off. Ticket raised with no response. So annoyed with myself that I didn't throughly check credibility first. Dispute raised with Paypal.0

You can add me to the list of people that have been scammed, bought points Sunday and then the same as everybody else nothing . I have just spoken to paypal who have assured me that anyone who has paid by paypal and raises a dispute through them will be fully protected and refunded in due course :j. He also said that if there are numerous complaints about this one site then paypal will suspend their account, so if you paid by paypal then please asap get your complaint in to the resolution centre so that we can get this site shut down.0

I have since then bought points from electronicfirst.com got them delivered in less than 5 minutes despite the fact that they say 24 hours. Have also redeemed the code and all works ok.0

Thanks for this, several friends of mine have also bought, received and succesfully redeemed from gamesbites.com0 -
Sorry that it looks like you've been scammed, but I must ask the obvious question - why not buy from Microsoft direct or buy points from a on-street retailer?
Those prices you're all quoting are insane. You know what they say... if it sounds too good to be true it usually is.0 -
Update on my Paypal claim: Paypal contacted the retailer who provided a tracking number, Paypal investigated this number and found it to be false (given it was electronic delivery via email I am not surprised. PayPal are continuing to investigate.0
