Oh yay, another person trying to scam goods from a company who have made an innocent mistake.
There's a geographical number on their website, which will be free from a lot of landlines and included in mobile contract minutes.
If by coincidence you don't have either, luckily there's an email address too!
Do the honourable thing and tell them. This country amazes me sometimes.
Edit: Glad to see you've contacted them, most people just run away when the MSE moral brigade arrive

Yes already emailed them before your post, not trying too scam or trying my luck, just wanting to know how is best to go about this etc... and IF there happened too be a law or piece of legislation to say I could keep it then great, but as no such thing exists, and the item is theirs, of course they can have it back.
IF it would have turned out that because it was their error and was explained to the delivery driver, I could keep it, then of course, like anyone, I would have been chuffed. But there isn't, I know it was a mistake, and they are free too collect it any time, as long as there is no cost to myself for their error.0 -
Sorry, no delivery driver gets you to sign before they get the delivery out the van.So you've opened and used one and are going to do so with the second?mattyprice4004 wrote: »Oh yay, another person trying to scam goods from a company who have made an innocent mistake.

Why are so many criticising the OP so much? He's come on and asked what to do next, not trying every trick in the book to get the second for free or anything. Read the post before you post a reply on it guys!0 -
