Just looking for a bit of advice, I have been provided with a witness statement that has been sent to another court and another claimant on the same flight that I was delayed on - question is can I bring this statement into my court hearing after providing to court and back to VAA?0 -
Really pleased , recieved four lots of compensation through without any trouble for a flight in Dec 08 when we were delayed for 23 hrs ..very pleased and relievedx0

I don't see why not. You will need of course to disclose this to the other side as part of the normal process of exchange of documents.0 -
Hi..sorry not sure why we were delayed but they just cancelled our flight !!!.we did hear there had been a problem in the carribean and they used our plane as a replacement ??...but not sure iff it was true ...the flight no we were on wasVS 74 and it was the 20th dec 2008 ..total delay time was just under 24hrs x0

Thanks. At least you got paid out with no fuss. I still can't work out how Virgin decide which cases to defend!0 -
I am new to the forum, my flight VS030 from Barbados to Gatwick in October 2007 was delayed by more than 3 hours, I've tried to get the details from flightstats but can't see how. Can anyone help me?0
