Here's the Facebook page to go with your link 111KAB. Of course you will need to add the www. I can't add links as I have't been a member long enough.
  • Hi,

Just looking for a bit of advice, I have been provided with a witness statement that has been sent to another court and another claimant on the same flight that I was delayed on - question is can I bring this statement into my court hearing after providing to court and back to VAA?

I don't see why not. You will need of course to disclose this to the other side as part of the normal process of exchange of documents.

Thanks. At least you got paid out with no fuss. I still can't work out how Virgin decide which cases to defend!
  • I am new to the forum, my flight VS030 from Barbados to Gatwick in October 2007 was delayed by more than 3 hours, I've tried to get the details from flightstats but can't see how. Can anyone help me?
