Hi me too. I have just in boxed you the latest position. This particular flight appears to be the complicated situation yet.0 -

If he is unable to manage his own affairs, is someone not appointed to act for him? He could have his own account operated by someone on his behalf, couldn't he? Do you have anything that you could send to the airline to demonstrate your (or your wife's) authority to act on his behalf?0 -
I am just trying to sort my court bundle out, I need a bit of help can anyone pm me who can guide me through a few things.

You'll get loads of help - don't be worried.
I betcha Virgin won't actaully defend when they look at the details of your case. Unless Mr. Branson is as daft as he is bearded. And I do not believe he is.
You'll get a copy of the defence, then you'll be sent the allocation questionnaire. Then, a few months later (yes really) you'll get a date for a hearing. And you need to prepare your bundle of papers, and witness statement, about a fortnight beforehand.
So loads of time yet - including for Virgin to fold. Again.
court date is set and the judge has opted to hear rather than go to mediation.:eek:0 -

Originally rejected by Virgin, complained to CAA and was told they had sent it back to Virgin and would here back in 8 weeks - this was at the beginning of Oct - Today we have received cheques!
Flight number VS0015 on the 10/5/12 Gatwick to Orlando. Received the full €600 amount.
Of the 6 of us on the flight we have received cheques for the 4 adults but not the 2 children - I am right in assuming if a child has a paid seat they are entitled to the compensation as well?0
