I'd just write to the Birds ask them if they are now willing to settle, I think they will.

Well according to Bradford County Court, who I phoned yesterday, there is a date set for the Langford v Jet2 appeal which is the case they originally lost on the two year argument. So maybe they haven't caught up with the paper work yet.

What date was your flight denise. If it's more than 6 years then it's guaranteed they wont pay you.

If you are approaching 6 years you need to get court proceedings started.

was may 2009 I was fighting with jet2 from jan2014 and getting no were so went with botts feb 2015. jet2 were trying 2 year rule waiting for court hearing but now you never know, they now saying 6 years fingers xxx ,

well if botts have started proceedings on your behalf you should be ok.

botts had relpy fr jet2 in may saying going to defend case so waiting for court date.hopefully might of had change of heart by what was said on video
