  • I do believe that Jet2 have until tomorrow to appeal the Bradford case they lost on 27th March, 21 days ago, that according to the account below examined the two-year time-bar.

If any of the regulars hear anything please let me know. I will be checking the usual news outlets.

Typical desperate Jet2 I'm afraid. They will frustrate you all they can.
Ask for an ex gratia goodwill payment for all the hassle and inconvenience that thay have caused, not just with the delayed flight.

Unless the Court made an "unless" order, you can write to them pointing out that they are late and if they don't provide docs within 7 days you will apply to the Court for an "unless" order. If they don't comply, issue your application on N244 , sending a copy of your letter and asking that the Judge makes the order without a hearing.

One would have hoped that they would learn from their mistake in the Huzar case, but they never seem to learn do they? They'll end up spending a fortune in legal fees and end up with egg on their faces at the SC once again.

Very disappointed about some cases being automatically struck out by Liverpool.

    Liverpool should know better!

Were any of these judgments reserved and handed down and if so are they available or were they all ex tempore?

They are available. There is a judgment at Liverpool but they won't let it out. They told me to ask at Bradford because they own the case, but it needs to go before the judge to see if he'll allow it as I'm not involved directly with the case. I have a request in but they don't exactly rush in Bradford. I've now heard so many different stories of who to ask and where the judgment is that I'm pretty sure the admin staff don't really have much more of a clue than I do.

In the meantime, if you can get hold of a copy, or know a reliable way of doing so, please let me know. It would help me a lot and I don't have long.
