still no word on jet2 Bradford case ? Do you know if it was on 2yr time barred

Unless Bott & Co post on here, we are unlikely to get to know any details, I know that there was a Bott case in Bradford last Friday, but know very little about it, I don't think it was mentioned on here, and certainly wasn't an appeal case, so in reality it has little relevance as it's just another case at a very low CC level.

    Cheers,

    Great News!
i just received a letter from 2 Birds saying that Huzar, Dawson and Allen judgments and the Civil Aviation Authorities intervention, that they now accept my claim for compensation. A cheque for £1900 will follow for full and final settlement if we agree.

Bailiffs in on Jet2 today on The Sherriffs Are Coming 11.00 BBC One. Catch it on iplayer. No April fool. They were witholding money from a case that the courts found in favour of the appellant but within minutes of the bailiff s arriving they coughed up. Laughable antics of Jet2 yet again followed by awful media coverage.

Absolutely great. It just shows that these cases should be pursued with vigour rather than sending endless letters.

just watched the show that was brill hope for us all to be paid out:o
  • The final hurdle is a definitive legal interpretation and guidance on the two year rule and do the terms and conditions take precedence over EU regulations. This will run a while yet but once fully established all should be straight forward even if it does mean calling in the bailiffs. At least now everyone knows that approach works.
