Given the legal complexities involved in challenging Jet2 on their 2 year point (and remember they'll now be especially motivated now to prove the CAA wrong) I really would think twice about challenging this as a Litigant In Person - and go with a decent NWNF to maximise your chances.

It's really quite surprising that this Judge did not postpone until after the Bott & Co Appeal on Friday. I should see how that goes and then follow NA's advice.


The question seems to be.. Do T&Cs outweigh legal requirements? The answer so far seems to be 'It depends!' LiPs seem to do a bit worse than lawyers, which is not surprising I s'pose.

I'm not sure how relevant, if at all, Friday's case will be in relation to Jet2.

Coby posted that Ryanairs T & C's are different to Jet2s.

It's a really bad result for fight2survive but could possibly be a rogue DJ that's not fully up to speed with developments at Liverpool. I'd have like to have seen the case put before DJ Jenkinson.

I hope Bott take it NWNF to the next level, you never know fight2survive might just be the next Huzar or Allen.
