Yet jet2 would have you and the courts believe that age of an aircraft has nothing to do with reliabilty and punctuality. Maybe not, but when you factor in the maintenance of these aging, hard worked, fragile aircraft.....

    Hi Paul

If by any chance you would be claiming via the Scottish Court System pour a cuppa and have a read at this case on the link below where two Sheriff Principal's, at appeal level, kicked out the 2 year limitation nonsense.

    Good luck

Can you cite Scottish cases in an English Court? I've been looking for the answer but come up with nothing.

    Anagram suggestions? ;)
I think the problem is that these planes is NOT Trigger's brush or Theseus's paradox, far from it. :(

Here come the intellectuals, I'm happy just to laugh at the clip, I notice the Theseu's padox theorem, but couldn't even start and I can't do crosswords or Anagrams, so that's me stuffed! It was only just today by PM I was told what ESCP actually stands for. I guessed European (something) Court Procedure.... The good Dr sorted me out!

If it's any consolation, I had to google it (the brush AND the ship).
