That may well be or have been a part of Ryanairs terms and conditons but contrary to what Ryanair think they are not above statutory law.
But this wouldn't be breaking statutory law necessarily ... the statute of limitation is 6 years or whatever period may be agreed between the parties.0 -
I tried to reply to the e-mail Ryanair sent me turning down my claim but they sent an automatic e-mail back saying this address wasn't used.
Does this mean I have to post all my replies to them, but they can e-mail theirs? What a sham!0 -

Then you register here, it's free for a limited amount of faxes:

No you don't need to go to the trouble of posting them. They have a fax number that I'll find for you if you want me to.

Hi Dr Watson I read your excellent account of dealing with Dublin and I want to ask about the NWNF company bit because we put our claim against Condor into their hands and after 5 months they said since Condor haven't accepted the claim the are going to hand the case back to you.
The (Legal?) company is not called claim-delay.co.uk but it should be.
I would like to know of a NWNF that will actually take out a writ.
We did win a claim against Caribbean Air and it is no writ no pay.
It would be bad buisiness practice to pay if you don't have to.0 -
