Well done for starters, check with your court that RA haven't submitted their usual late defence.
If so your court (although they shouldn't) will probably accept this and your case will go to a judge for a written hearing.
If RA have submitted nothing.....expect to hear .....nothing.
They still won't pay you, they don't want to pay you.....
The Dublin County Sheriff's is your next step....go to my post 622 for how to contact them.
You will need to send them your court judgment, and a fee of around €20 to procure their services.
Good luck and keep going....Successfully sued Ryanair in 2013/14...and have been 'helping' litigants since then.

Hi I entered wrong passport number for one person in my party on my booking, I understand i have 24 hours to alter this, can you help?
I cannot print out any of the boarding cards
The website won't let me do anything, is there a non premium rate number I can call
Also I can only check in and get a free seat if I check in less than 7 days before. This means for the majority of people will have to check in for return flight while abroad and get boarding card printed while abroad, this is a pain and really means you have to pay extra for seats.0 -

You've posted in the wrong forum Paul - this is the flight delays compensation forum.

Ryanair said they would pay 'delay' compensation after sending in the the forms again, regarding the court ruling that was on hold. However, they said they wouldn't pay for the child as he didn't pay full fare. I know I'm being greedy especially as this is Ryanair, but can they do this?0

If he paid for a seat at a fare publicly accessible to others, then he is entitled to the full compensation. If you search for "child" or "children" you'll find lots of posts on this issue.0 -
Thanks Vauban. I did do a search but couldn't find anything actually confirming this. Thanks for the advise. One last question, if I pay this cheque into my bank (if it arrives) can I then request the additional money from Ryanair, or would this close the claim?0

Legal Magpie answered this point recently on the Thomson thread: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=65460772&postcount=5057
Edit: plus if you search the CAA website they also say they believe compensation is payable for infants travelling on an infant fare:Compensation for infants
The CAA view is that compensation is payable at the same rate as that of adults for infants on an infant fare.0 -
Dr Watson, thank you so much for answering my request concerning Form A. I am sure it will help many people and hopefully save you all time.
I have sent you a PM.
Thank you all once again for your help, I have sent my form off, so fingers crossed.

MSE has for the last couple of years helped in every area of my financial life and I wanted to share my experiences of my Ryanair “adventure” to help others. I went a slightly different to the court route, and was prepared to go to court but I have waited to post until I received my compensation.
On the 18th May 2013 three friends and I were travelling from Leeds Bradford (LBA) to Malaga (AGP) for a girlie week with a departure time of 16:40pm. To cut a long story short the flight was delayed due to issues with the water system and the toilets not flushing – Crew words, not mine.
It was obvious that Ryanair were desperate to get us onto a replacement flight, no refreshments were offered, not even a glass of water and we eventually landed 3 hours 20 minutes late.
Upon my return I sent off the letter kindly provided by some amazing people on this forum and received the standard “unexpected safety/technical” problem email. I then sent off a second letter and received an even shorter brush off email.
I then logged my complaint on the CAA website in approximately August 2013 after watching the BBC Watchdog episode. A couple of weeks/months later I received an email from the CAA saying that my case was closed and passed back to the airline.
Due to my house purchase (6 long months – thank you mortgage forum for the advice) I kept meaning to chase the CAA as I had not received a response, but never got round to it, but was not about to let it go at any point. Then out of the blue, an email arrived from the CAA in late April saying that they had upheld my complaint and Ryanair would be in touch to arrange payment. If I had not heard anything in 4 weeks, to contact the CAA again.
After my previous brush offs from Ryanair I was not confident that Ryanair would pay up and was expecting to go back to the CAA this week. However, on the 18th May 2014 – exactly 1 year to the date of our delayed flight, a cheque from Ryanair arrived for the wonderful sum of £1321.60.
Now Mr. O’Leary, this is a message directly to you. I do have doubts about the EU regulations, I was subject to a worse delay of over 24 hours on a Thomson flight a few years ago, but would never dream of claiming from them as they treated us like human beings and the transition from Luxor airport to a hotel and back again was superb even though we were travelling flight only and not part of a package.
The delay on your flight was an inconvenience, but not the end of the world. However, we were treated like cattle and only under duress were people allowed back into the terminal to use the toilet and no refreshments offered for sale or provided FOC. 3 hours + we sat there! Not acceptable!!
Our holiday was not ruined, our first night plans were however cancelled and the villa staff were inconvenienced to let us into our accommodation with a small child in tow.
This is why I claimed from You, I would not have claimed if it was not present!
YOU HAD THE CHEEK TO CHARGE US £4 PER PERSON AS A LEVY TO INSURE US AGAINST THE EC REGULATION 261/2004 WHEN BOOKING AND THEN YOU TRY YOUR HARDEST TO GET OUT OF YOUR LEGAL OBLIGATION (whether I totally agree with it or not – I do agree with the accountability that airlines should have and support the EU fully on this) – HOWEVER YOU ARE MAKING MONEY FROM THIS LEVY BY NOT PAYING OUT WHEN YOU ARE AT FAULT– SHAME ON YOU!
To the lovely MSE’s, Thank you for your advice on this forum.
If you have paid this levy, and due to Ryanair’s incompetence they fail to fulfil their side of the contract, I urge you to keep going, it’s worth it. Ryanair have no qualms about billing you if you dare to step out of their rules and regs.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::j0 -

troublenic,
Absolutely brilliant, great to hear and you have done well not having to go to court.
Its the first I've heard of.
Ditto your comments about RA and their 261/2004 levy.
Enjoy what is rightfully yours.Successfully sued Ryanair in 2013/14...and have been 'helping' litigants since then.
