Last year my flight delayed and i had problems with the airline. I advise all with the same problem to look for experts. These experts will help you to get your compensation.
Another recommendation for Dr Watson if Ryanair but maybe the poster was referring to Monarch .... where is Vauban?0 -

Hi all.
I am after some advice as I am just about to issue proceedings against Ryanair through the European Small Claims Procedure.
Our flights were cancelled last year only one hour before they were due to depart. Although the airline have been slow to confirm the reasons (and have failed to provide any evidence to support) they state this was due to the French Air Traffic Strike. The problem we have with this is that they knew about the potential strike for many months before having found mention of this on various websites on the internet. The flight was also cancelled only one hour before the scheduled departure time so our flight was not one that would have been cancelled first thing that morning. We also understand that the earlier flight from the same departure airport to the same destination airport flew irrespective of the strike. Our flight was from Spain to the UK and therefore not affected by a closure of a french airport. We also know, as they were selling seats at an incredible uplift at the time, Easyjet were able to fly shortly before our scheduled time so other airlines were able to find a route as well as the earlier flight by the same airline.
The airline have been asked to provide evidence of what 'reasonable measures' they took to avoid the cancellation. They have provided no such evidence or even comment on that. They have been asked to confirm what route the earlier flight took and again have refused any comment.
Having looked into this further and having read the Judgment of Andreja Eglitis & Edvards Ratnieks v Latvijas Republikas Ekonomikas Ministriija I believe we have a good case but I need more evidence to prove the reasons for the cancellation. I believe that the airline cancelled the flight not as they were compelled to do so but as the costs of flying around were too high. On that basis I do not believe they have taken all 'reasonable measures' in accordance with the regulations.
Does anyone have any advice or experience of this issue?
I think I would accept that if airline had to cancel the flight as they were told to do so then I would accept that was an 'extraordinary circumstances' beyond their control but they have given no evidence to support that. The fact other airlines flew, and the earlier flight, tend to suggest that was not the case either.
Can anyone help or provide any views here?0 -

Hi, Im considering claiming compensation for my delayed flight on Sunday evening from Malaga to East Midlands.
the information desk who handed out food vouchers stated that the delay was due to a technical fault and that Ryanair would be sending out a different plane. However once we got on the plane the pilot was stating it was due to bad weather in the north of Spain. obviously I cant claim for bad weather but how do I find out the real reason for the delay as if it was technical I believe I can claim,0 -
