No compensation unless you arrive more than 3 hours late at your destination.0

Firstly put your flight details into bottonline and euclaim and see what they say. If they say you are due compensation as you are approaching the 6-year limit if you live in England download and read Vaubans guide from the internet and follow.
Post your flight details here and someone will take a look.0 -

Thanks for the reply! I've just checked on bottonline and it states I can claim for €250.

So yesterday on an early morning ryan air flight to venice ETD 06:20 we all boarded the plane after our boarding passes and passports checked and then boarding passses checked again , it occurs to flight crew that some passengers had boarded the wrong flight!!
Some security. Their passports were scanned prior and boarding passes supposedly checked and checked again on boarding the airplane. The flight was delayed as they were on the wrong plane trying to sit in already allocated seats.
The passengers on the incorrect flight were hearded off but then we were delayed as our slot to fly out was lost. We left over an hoir later than expected. Can we claim anything as this was a day trip or just human error??0 -
Hi All
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. We were in Dublin when Ophelia hit, and we had to stay an extra night, (luckily the hotel we were in could offer us a room) - however, Ryanair could not get us on a flight back to Liverpool, where we had parked our car in the Airport Car Park, and we had to get on a flight to Birmingham. We then had to get a friend to pick us up from Birmingham (at 23:00pm), and drive us to Liverpool to pick our car up.
Does this warrant compensation?
Many thanks0 -
there is a Ryanair thread one below your post where you should post
weather is not in control of airline so no compensation, what you should be asking about is refund of expenses0 -
Thanks Caz - I do not use this site to post things very often - how do I get the the post below mine to repost it?0

Hi Mrs LDS,
Not for a delay of less than 3 hours.
Annoying that the crew were not on the ball, but thats life sometimes.

Maybe!
What alternative did RA offer you to return to Liverpool.
More detail required please, to be able to make a more accurate assessment.
