Just returned form Court.. Judge ruled i'm my favor..
Saying the problem was inheritance in the operation of the aircraft, and that it was not Extraordinary Circumstances.
Airline didn't turn up, and the judge was very damming on this..
Pointed out errors in there documents
The fact process had not been followed..
20 mins covering the points, ordered to pay in 14 days..
I will give more details, flights etc shortly.. Just want to get then to pay first!0 -

Knowing Thomson I am sure there is some way they can appeal. They are a slippery bunch.
I expect the recent Supreme Court appeal will trip on for ages.0 -

Well done Dino. I can't see them appealing either. Rather like Monarch in my case, they were obviously put off by your cogent legal argumentation and were a no show. I don't see the judge cutting them any slack.0

Hi all,
Have been following this thread with interest, our flight last year from Glasgow to Vegas was delayed 24 hours. We have just received an offer in vouchers, I have read conflicting reports as to whether we have to accept this? Has anyone been through the process of rejecting vouchers and demanding cash/cheque?
Many thanks0
