Have a look at the thread "Flight Delay Compensation Important Info - Please check before posting"0 -
Hi we were delayed by 24hours 28mins on a return flight from Dominican Republic to London. Gatwick on Thomson airlines is this flight still governed by the E U rules so we can claim compensation .

I haven't been able to read much of Thomson's Disclosure so far. I have just had a thought though! Am I expected to reply to this disclosure now?
No need to reply now. Your 'reply' comes in the Court.
This thread (I know, yet more reading!) has some useful info about preparing your presentation, skeleton argument etc.
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4507307I intend to prepare a list of questions in readiness for the court hearing.
Good! But do not expect any witnesses to turn up for Thomson, it will just be their barrister. The above is just my opinon - which counts for nowt! You must make up your own mind.0 -

If you think there are errors in Thomson's submission, especially witness statements, you should write to Thomson's, copying in the court, to ensure that their witness will attend. If they are not prepared to do so, you could add, then the credibility of their accounts will be challenged.
In my case, some of you might recall, Monarch submitted signed witness statements that were riddled with errors. When the judge insisted that they put up their witnesses, the statements were withdrawn and new ones offered!! So absolutely push to cross-examine them!
PS Do you like my new photo? I think it shows my best side0 -
