If you are sure your flight was delayed by 12 hours and know all the details etc then send an NBA, politely request evidence of their claims (since they will need this at court) and if no joy then issue court papers ( or go to NWNF firm)
They may capitulate at NBA stage but unlikely.
A SAR under Data Protection only applied to your own personal data the company hold on you, as an individual ie bookings, correspondance etc.If you're new. read The FAQ and Vauban's Guide

For those of you involved in the delayed Thomas Cook A332 flight from Manchester on Jun 24th 2013 the latest report would appear to indicate a lack of maintenance was responsible as mentioned (today - 12/02/15) in the final paragraph of this article.

AAIB Bulletin No 12/2013, page 18 refers
The failure of the HP turbine blade in this incident was caused by high cycle fatigue
propagation due to surface damage as a result of Type 2 Sulphidation corrosion. During
examination of the remains of the blade, to determine the cause of its failure, unidentified
deposits were found on its surfaces. There was concern that these deposits may have
been volcanic in origin, in particular from the 2010 eruption of Eyjafjallajökull in Iceland, so
additional forensic analysis was carried out. That work was completed in August 2014 and
did not identify compounds typically associated with volcanic activity. However, although
an encounter with volcanic gaseous sulphur cannot be discounted it is concluded that the
deposits probably are an accumulation of atmospheric dirt and pollutant

I'm guessing TC must be snowed under with claims as they do not appear to have found the time to reply to my notice of issue. Oh well request for judgement in the post...0

Success story ...
I used the form on the martin Lewis website and submitted a claim for compensation.
I had my flight number and holiday reference number from a holiday in 2012 but couldn't remember how long I was delayed just it was a long time over night in Tunisia. Not fun!
I got the response via email to state my claim met the requirements and to expect a response within 28 Days. I had to chase the company up but they contacted me today offering £610 holiday vouchers. Obviously I called them and said I am eligible for money not vouchers and been told to expect the funds to appear within 28days in my bank.
I want to say thanks for everyone posting on these forums as without other people's experiences and advice I wouldn't of even attempted to claim. :j0 -
Good result and congrats:beer::jAfter reading PtL Vaubans Guide , please don't desert us, hang around and help others!

I want to be ready in case they fob me off , also I have seen mentions of interest-8%
I was on the phone with Weightmans to discuss my total, I said "I am entitled to 8% interest" she just accepted that and I got it.0
