I currently have a stayed case with TC. The judgement order states that following the outcome of the Huzar appeal TC should inform myself and the court "thereafter promptly" and I then have 28 days to apply for the stay to be lifted.
I am writing to the court anyway to request this but how long in legal terms is "promptly" and what happens with the case if TC do not follow the judgement order? TIA.0 -
In practice nothing. The Court will consider your case for relisting.
Please post any updates on the TC thread or the Taking Airlines to Court thread. Thanks.0 -

Any posts regarding any other airline in this thread will be ignored (at least by me).
booked a holiday for a family of 5,we were delayed by 5 hours and 15 mins on our departing flight ,we was issued with a letter stating that the flight was delayed because of a technical fault and was given £7 in vouchers each, and recommended we checked the monitors for our up to date info as they were arranging for another plane in from gatwick for us.after getting on the plane the captain appologised for the delay as the plane had to come from lyon instead.
on our return we were 2 hours delayed, after sending an email to thomas cook about our delays they said we wasnt entitled to any compensation. what is the next step i should take.0
