I started off with my NBA’s using:
Flythomascook.com
2-4 Godwin Street
Bradford
BD1 2ST

Then it went to MCOL as:
Flythomascook.com
Customer Realtions
2-4 Godwin Street
Bradford
BD1 2ST

Their replies were coming back with:
Customer Relations/Flythomascook.com
2-4 Godwin Street
Bradford
West Yorshire
BD1 2ST

Not sure what games they play but in court after corresponding for several months the TC barrister then asked the judge to change the address to Thomas Cook Airlines Ltd but the address was still the Bradford office where I started.

On the right of their letters they state:

Flythomascook.com is a trading name of Thomas cook Airlines Ltd
Registered Office: The Thomas Cook Pack, Coningsby Road
Peterborough
PE8SB

This is also the address of Thomas Cook Airfares.

Sorry don’t know if that made the confusion worse but I don’t think you can go far wrong using the Peterborough address where they are registered, but use Thomas cook Airlines Ltd as below:

Thomas Cook Airlines Ltd
The Thomas Cook Pack, Coningsby Road
Peterborough
PE8SB

Peterborough one is the one I've used and that one should be ok as this is the registered address but I think they have done this change of address so that they can say they have not recieved mcol papers there's no other reason why they would is there? Wonder if the judgement will be set aside I hope not

I fear it probably will be. Judges seem quite lenient in this respect.

So do I when I called mcol they said Thomas cook will have to fill in a application form to apply for it to be set aside will it update on mcol if this happens it says judgement issued at the minute

What excuse have TC got? This is the address you and everyone else is supposed to use. Its not as if the arrival of court papers for compensation claims is something new to them over the past 12 months!
If a judge lets this go on then I continue to loose further faith in the small claims system.
