Monarch delays & Compensations. Listed flights denied in O.P.

My case is listed on 28th Feb 14 for a case management conference in Liverpool C.C.. District Judge Woodburn seems to be calling airlines to attend these meetings to show just cause why they should not be struck out. Mine is one of many listed that day before 3 District Judges. I have been informed that there may still be a change of venue due to the large number of claims to be heard. My case appears to be going ahead - despite Monarch writing to the courts re Huzar judgement.
The warning of a change in venue is standard on most court orders.
They list a lot of cases in "back to back" lists to make best use of judicial time. So they'll list 90 minutes worth of cases in a 60 minute block knowing full well some will settle or adjourn. On the odd chance that they all stay in the list they sometimes have to move cases.0 -
I would like to add flight ZB684 on 29/06/2013 after usual brush off Bott and Co won the payout for us ,this will also have a knock on to flight ZB685 for the return journey.
Thanks Bott and Co for making it so easy.0 -

Well doneHow long did your claim take from start - end? Unfortunately, even with people being paid out on outbound flights, Monarch are still sitting tight about the inbound pay outs and refusing. Not a massive surprise really!

My husband and I including our 2 children aged 2 and 5 at the time were delayed on a return flight to Gatwick from Palma Majorca ZB229 on 1 June 2013 by what I considered to be just over 3 hours, due to a 'technical fault' I have just checked the delay times on flight stats to confirm the delay and it seems It was logged as just under 3 hours....177 minutes to be precise! Can anyone offer me any advice on whether it's worth trying to make a claim or will it be rejected on the recorded time. I incidentally made a log on my phone at the time of the times we boarded/landed etc and I still believe it was just over the 3 hours. Can anyone help please?

To be honest, I think you'll be wasting your time.
It departed 3 hours 13 mins late, so looks like they made up time in the air.0 -

Flight MON1829 31/05/10 Corfu-Manchester
Was turned down last April 2013 by Monarch quoting extraordinary circumstance. After contacting NEB in Greece resent an email to Monarch in January 2014 asking them to review my claim and that I would be proceeding with court action. Got a 2 hour response saying they had reviewed and were going to pay out. received cheque on Tuesday - Thanks to all at MSE for advice and help0
