Morning :) Thanks everyone for your comments, yesterday was a bit better, ex being more normal, not speaking much but civil at least.

Piq dont subsidise too much, just make him pay half, in theory he should pay a £100 a month more for extras like loo roll and some food, but I am getting better there, by buying stuff I like for example so he is having to get his own so at the moment about evens up.

3 things sold on ebay yesterday so £8 withdrawn from paypal and has been sent to my CC, another wee bit chipped off :D

Mum came round last night and got round to weeding front garden, looks tidy now, just need to do back, try and do Thursday. Of to babysit tonight for sis.

Can I borrow your mum? All I get is told where needs doing!!!

Sounds like a good plan - and the buying the stuff you like so he has to buy his own is genius!!

Where do you get all your eBay things from (if that's not too personal a question!) you either have a lot of fun at car boots or you have a very empty house? I'm really curious - I have some
More stuff I can get rid of if anyone wants it, but even though I hoard quite a bit I don't have enough to do loads!!

    Morning :)

Trudij more than welcome to borrow my mum, she has got such a great work ethic and also the fact that she hates mess, loves to be tidy so part of it is to make sure my house is tidy too so not to embarass anyone ;) She is back round tonight if weather holds up to help tidy back garden. Then she is going to pop in next week whilst I am away to keep an eye on my plants :D

Plan re food seems to be working, ex went out shopping last night whilst I was out babysitting and looks like bought loads of his own food to eat so thats great.

Ebaying no not a personal question, just have hoarded stuff over the years and just slowly getting rid of everything I really dont need. Recent things include some old picture guides of horsey stuff, dvd's I dont really watch anymore, random books. Just find random things in house and ask myself do I really need it, like floating candles, dressy scarves, old bits of horsey items, clothes dont wear anymore, getting quite ruthless. Most go on for 99p but this seems to work quite well :)

    Afternoon :)

So caught up slightly at work and just caught up quickly on personal finance admin so good time to come here and update.

Holiday was fab, started sat, did hossie first thing then went down to OH's parents as live half hour from me, watched the Rugby Lions win :) Then drove to sunny Cornwall. Absolutely beautiful place, fab views. Got on really well with OH's parents for a week, they have invited me back so must have made a good impression. Think they are pleased that their son has found somebody that makes him smile. Have hardly spent a penny over the holiday, I set a budget of £150 and have spent £2.93 over that including buying food yesterday for next few weeks (fresh bits for home and work). Went out for 2 meals out, which OH's parents paid for one and OH paid for the other. I bought all the fuel but only spent about £60. We went to a lot of castles, but OH has paid for joint English Heritage membership, was £84 for 15 months, but we have already used about £60 already so definitely worth it. Will definitely get full use out of it, lots more days out we can do. Was very :money:and took packed lunches most of the day and just found somewhere shady set up a blanket and relaxed and enjoyed ourselves :D Came back on friday but spent sat and sun relaxing at OH's parents, saw some mutual friends on sat night and they are all really pleased we have got together and have made some lovely comments about us.

OH and I have been friends for about 10 years, we were both single 5 years ago just before got with present ex but the timing wasnt right, maybe if we had waited a few months back then it may have been, but better late than never :rotfl:It wasnt planned to get together would have still broken up with ex, but just started seeing friend more regularly in last month or so and decided to take a step further and so pleased I did and from what I can gather OH is too :j

Am very spoilt, very well looked after and just made to feel so special. Am very sad to say this but just makes my ex look really bad and how our relationship really wasnt up to much. A lot of people saw that but not me, but lots of interesting comments since the split. But hey ho cant dwell on the past and soo happy now so looking forward to the future :D

So back to the real purpose of the diary after my waffle :rotfl:

Debts are coming down from 23-5-13 to date:-
    Sains - £2697 - 2636 - £61 paid
    NWG - £3145 - 2423 - £722 paid
    Sofa - £844 - 813 - £60 paid

So grand total of £843 paid of in one month and a half :D

Small survey payment of £3 received and paid of included in the totals above. Slowly but surely. Will be back to ebaying this week and back to surveys as have loads stacked up in my inbox.

Going to make an appointment with an IFA this week to discuss other options re the house. While I have been away my mum has been popping in sorting my post, looking after plants and from what she says nothing has changed re ex, his attitude is still the same, got back last night and although only spoke about 10 words, they were very curt and really didnt have anything to say, just frustrated and cannot be staying in this situation much longer as feel very depressed at home. Thank goodness for the hossie as she is my sanity at home :)

Have left message with IFA so hopefully will come back to me shortly.

Good things... £10 sainsbury voucher received from survey site so can use that shopping, 2 small comp wins in the post, one headband and one double cd, think will put both on ebay. Need to enter some more havent done any for ages and keeps my mind occupied too.

Big spend today need to get £90 for yard for payment of looking after hossie last week and this weekend and £20 for hossie trainer tonight. Luckily all budgeted for :D

Congratulations on new OH. I hope you get things resolved at home quickly, it does drag you down.
